SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

 
SHIPPING
 
HEAVEN Budapest orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. On the day your order is shipped, you will receive a short notice ( via text message/email ) that your package has left our warehouse along with your indicated delivery dates. The courier will deliver your package on business days on the date and time set in the notice. In case you are not at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a written notice. The courier will attempt to deliver the package two times afterwards you are subject to repay the shipping costs in order to receive it.
 
Using your given tracking number, you may modify the delivery address on the www.dpd.hu website or through phone.
 
 
RECEIVING THE PACKAGE
 
Upon receiving the shipment, always make sure that its not damaged. Only then verify with your name, date and signature.
 
 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
 
Upon shipment of your package, the courier company will email you your tracking number. Through the online tracking system you may easily monitor the path of your shipment, by typing in the tracking number on the DPD website.
 
 
PAYMENT
 
At the HEAVEN Budapest online store you may pay with credit card. We accept Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Amex through OTP SimplePay.
 
Please note: We do not accept cash on delivery or installments as payment.

RETURNS
 
You may return your order within 14 days upon delivery, however you must contact our customer service prior. The shipping cost of the return will be the customer’s liability and HEAVEN Budapest does not take responsibility should any damages occur during shipping due to negligent packaging. Also, please attach a delivery note to the package, where you tell us your reason of return.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
 
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
 
Warranty
In case of receiving a faulty product, the customer is entitled to return it. HEAVEN Budapest will reimburse your costs after the warranty complaint was indicated.
 
Wrong Delivery
If the courier did not deliver the product you have ordered, please double check your order confirmation email. If there is a difference between your ordered and received items, please contact us within 3 days via email. Tell us what you have ordered and what you have received, and also if there are any missing items. We will contact you in order to resolve the problem as soon as we can.
 
Withdrawal
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so as long as our staff has not begun processing it. Please send us an email or call us as soon as possible.
