Shipping

HEAVEN online store are delivered on working days from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight and delivery location of the selected products. On the day of delivery, we will send a short notification (sms and/or e-mail) informing you that the package has left our warehouse and the expected delivery date. The courier will deliver the package on working days, on the day and time specified in the notification. If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a written notification. In case you are not at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a written notice. The courier will attempt to deliver the package two times afterwards you are subject to repay the shipping costs in order to receive it.

At the HEAVEN online store you may pay with credit card. We accept Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal as well.

In our webshop, you can pay upon delivery or by credit/debit card. When paying by card, you don’t have to leave our site and can pay 100% securely, as your information stays encrypted. If you choose to pay upon delivery, the full amount must be paid to the delivery service.

Delivery

Every order above 150 EUR will be delivered free of charge!

If your order is less than 150 EUR, the delivery fee will be 9 EUR.

We only process deliveries on business days. Your order will be delivered within 2-7 business days, and we will update you on the location and status of your order. Every order is associated with a tracking ID, which we send you via e-mail upon transfer to the delivery service.

Our delivery service partner is GLS, DPD and DHL.
