SHIPPING

HEAVEN Budapest online store are delivered on working days from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight and delivery location of the selected products. On the day of delivery, we will send a short notification (sms and/or e-mail) informing you that the package has left our warehouse and the expected delivery date. The courier will deliver the package on working days, on the day and time specified in the notification. If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a written notification. In case you are not at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a written notice. The courier will attempt to deliver the package two times afterwards you are subject to repay the shipping costs in order to receive it.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon shipment of your package, the courier company will email you your tracking number. Through the online tracking system you may easily monitor the path of your shipment, by typing in the tracking number on the DPD website.

RECEIVE AN ORDER

Please always check your package: make sure that the product you ordered is in the package, or the package is damaged or not. If your order is fullfilled please confirm the delivery with your name, signature and date of receipt.

PAYMENT

At the HEAVEN Budapest online store you may pay with credit card. We accept Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal as well.

We’d like to inform you that we cannot accept cash on delivery or installments as payment.
